Man oh man you guys has it felt like a long summer here in Phoenix. I’ve never been so ready to see fall make its grand entrance! When we take an hour to get outside after work and get our heart rate up or just take in the sunset and the fresh air, it makes a world of difference in our overall wellness. Game. Changer.

When it comes to getting dressed, there’s nothing I love more than fall fashion. It’s the best! Cooking at home, keeping it wholesome and using ingredients that make our minds and bodies feel great is where all of our fall meal plans start! I've been dying to make my way through a few clean eating cookbooks to inject a little inspiration and creativity into my cooking, and I think this season is the season I make it happen!

Water, Water and More Water
Out of sheer necessity this summer I discovered something about my routine that seems really, really basic, but that made me wonder how I’d never realized this before - the more water I drink, the better I feel. I know I know… it seems like a no-brainer, right? But for some reason I just never made drinking a lot of water throughout the day and staying completely hydrated a real priority, or I somehow thought I was drinking enough water without realizing that my efforts on the hydration front were sub-par. Not only has drinking tons of water all day, every day completely improved my complexion (seriously, it’s mind blowing how much better my skin looks and feels when I’m properly hydrated), but it gives me more energy and just generally makes me feel awesome.
